FAQs:

  • Where is the Panther Branch?  The branch is located across from the Main Office in Commons A.
  • What can be done there?  Students and staff can open accounts, make deposits and withdrawals, and apply for loans at the branch.
  • What does a student-run credit union mean?  The student employees make all transactions and the Panther Branch liaison is also available for additional questions and to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • How can you open an account?  We encourage parents/guardians to be involved in their students’ credit union experience.  To open an account, a student needs proof of identification, a social security number, and a minimum $5.00 deposit.  If your student is a current Henrico FCU member, he or she can continue to use the services at the Panther Branch.
  • Can I access my account online?  Yes. All Henrico FCU members can use free online banking at www.henricofcu.org.
  • More Questions?  If you have any questions about the Panther Branch, feel free to contact Robyn Clark at (804) 266-0193, extension 1120; or email Robyn at clarkr@henricofcu.org.
