Announcements & Updates for November 22-23 – Happy Thanksgiving!

Attendance matters.  Did you know that students can not miss more than 10% of the instructional days?  If you missed 5 days of school so far, you are considered chronically absent.  Please bring in a doctor’s note if you have unexcused absences and remember to come to school every day!

As we attempt to maintain safety and minimize congregating of students, please remember the following:

  • Student drop off and pick up is in the Stadium Parking lot and students enter through Music Ramp doors
  • Bus Riders enter through the Bus ramp doors

This is a reminder that we are not accepting any food deliveries at HHS during the school day. This includes DoorDash, GrubHub, and Parent drop off.  All students eat for free and we are unable to determine the safety of the contents of items dropped off for students.

Parents, we urge you to bring all medication to the clinic.  If your student was previously on medication last school year, please connect with Nurse Smith to discuss all updates.

Please visit “The Connection,” to obtain information to assist with gaining access to the following forms.

  • PowerSchool Parent Portal,
  • Rycor,
  • Schoology,
  • MySchool Bucks, and
  • Online School Payments

You can now buy tickets online for all Hermitage athletic events.

We encourage everyone to support our student-athletes and view the VHSL schedule for this week.
