Testing Season | It’s testing season and we opened our testing window on April 26. To all Panthers, “If you are testing, you are expected to pass!” Also, each student who is testing will receive a separate message about the test, test date, and support strategies to prepare.
Each test day offers a secure testing environment from 9:00 – 1:00 daily. Students not testing will report to a study hall upon arrival, then report to their normal schedule at 1:00.
|
Attendance Reminders | Every day counts! During April of 2022, our Panthers had a 45% absentee rate. Please make every effort to send your student to school daily! We are currently at 22.7% absenteeism and should be under 15%. Be sure that your Panther is at school every day this week! |

Students will report to their closest designated high school and be transported directly to the job site. There will be multiple sites this year. MajorClarity | HCPS has partnered with MajorClarity, an online academic and career planning platform designed to help every student in grades 6-12 explore and discover future careers and courses that closely relate to their interests, personality, skills, and strengths and take ownership of their academic and career goals! Because parents/guardians play an integral role in their child’s academic and career planning process, students are encouraged to access MajorClarity at home with their family in addition to the various planned and scheduled opportunities to work in the platform at school. Parents/guardians also have the opportunity to access MajorClarity via their student’s account anytime, from any device, using Clever. Check out the MajorClarity Parent/Guardian Login Instructions for detailed directions!
Would you like an introduction to MajorClarity? This MajorClarity Overview Video is a great place for parents/guardians to start! Need targeted help navigating MajorClarity with your student?
