| We will welcome the Class of 2029 on Thursday, August 14, from 12:00 - 3:00. Students will meet staff, tour the building, and learn the Hermitage culture. | School Fees - for planning purposes, please see the attached document that contains all fees as we prepare for the 25-26 school year. Families are only responsible for the fees that coincide with student schedules. |
| PowerSchool Parent Portal is live! OSP - Online Payments and Student Schedules are now available! Schedule Concerns: Please remember that we will only address scheduling errors (wrong class) at this time. The final day to change class requests was May 23, 2025. Early Release: Seniors qualify for Early Release if they earned all 5 Verified Credits (passed Math, Science, History, Reading, and Writing SOL in addition to earning the CTE certification). Senior schedules will reflect additional courses IF these requirements were not met prior to this school year. Bus Schedules available August 11

| Updates from the Athletics and Activities Department:
Fall Sports Parents' Meeting will be on Tuesday, August 12th at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. Please plan to attend if your student is participating in a fall sports team (or wants to!)
Girls' Varsity Field Hockey is currently still seeking players! Practices/ Tryouts are still occurring daily to continue building our team. Submit your physicals and HCPS forms and plan to attend practices next week, Monday-Thursday, 4:30-6:30 in the stadium.
Boys' Volleyball is also still adding players! Come out to learn a new sport, stay in shape for your winter or spring sport, and become part of an up-and-coming team! Practices/ tryouts are M-F, from 4-6 pm. Physicals and HCPS forms required!
Golf is still adding members and working on the practice schedule location. Please attend the Fall Parent Sports Meeting on Tuesday for more information!
Cross Country is also practicing daily from Monday-Friday at 6:00 at Crump Park. Meet up at the pond with your forms, running shoes, and water!
Entry to fall sporting events will be cashless again this year; tickets may be purchased on GoFan. Tickets will open next week, and season passes are available! |
