 It's 3E Week at the Herm! We are focused on Employed, Enlisted, and Enrolled this week!  Please view our mid-week updates!

EMPLOYED

HCPS Life Ready Expo - HCPS will host the Life Ready Expo tonight from 6:00 - 8:00.  This is an excellent event for students to explore career options.  

All Panthers are welcome to attend as we host the event for the school division.  Students can meet with over 100 employers from all career clusters!  

All Panthers who attend and see Dr. Jackson will have the opportunity to receive a gift certificate to Starbooks Coffee or enter a raffle for a bigger prize!

We hope to see you there!

AP Exam Ordering

Students can start ordering AP Exams on Monday, September 15, 2025. If your child wants to take an AP Exam, you must pay at least a $40 deposit (for each exam) by November 7, 2025. Each AP Exam costs $103.

College Visits this Week @The Herm

The HHS School Counseling Department partners with Admissions Officers from various colleges/universities to schedule presentations to all interested students.  

Representatives from George Washington University will visit on Thursday, September 18.  Students should contact School Counseling to obtain a pass if they wish to attend.

Friday @The Herm!

Panthers!!! We want to pack out Chester E. Fritz Stadium this Friday! Purchase your tickets via GoFan and get ready to be loud!!! The first 100 Hermitage Students here will receive free Eye Black Stickers. To attend, you must:

  • Be in Good Standing;

  • Purchase a ticket via GoFan, 

  • Have your student ID to enter and remain; NO ID, NO ENTRY.

  • All non-Hermitage/Varina students under 18 must have an adult 21+ to attend.  They must remain with the adult throughout the game.

  • Small Clear Bags are the only bags permitted (leave your things at home).

  • Make sure your ride is planned, and you leave immediately following the game; loitering is not allowed.

Get your tickets early! ROLL PRIDE!!!
