Electronic devices that have internet capability are NOT allowed on campus between 8:30 - 3:55.  This includes, but not limited to:

Student Pickup/Drop Off is in the stadium parking lot only.  

Early Dismissals must occur prior to 3:30 daily

AP Exams

AP Exam Registration opens on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:01am. Use this link to obtain additional information about registering for the exam. We will also share this information with students through Schoology. Lastly, we will visit AP classes to assist students with the registration process. National Voter Registration Day

The Henrico County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta will be on campus Tuesday, September 15 to provide information to students on the Voter Registration process.  This opportunity will be afforded to students during all lunches (11:05 - 12:55).

All students should attend the HCPS LifeReady Expo on September 16 from 6:00 - 8:00.  Employers from all Career Clusters will be available and hiring students during the event!

The Richmond Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is proud to announce the return of the Delta GEMS (Growing & Empowering Myself Successfully) youth initiative for the 2026-2027 school year. This signature program supports girls aged 14–18, helping them realize their dreams by fostering a positive "CAN DO" attitude. The curriculum promotes academic excellence, effective goal setting for the future, and the development of compassionate, community-minded young women through active service-learning and community service.

This program is open to high school-aged girls within our service areas, including Richmond City, Henrico County, Hanover County, and Chesterfield County. See orientation sessions below. You can also click here to view the flyer.

FAFSA Assistance

Helping Hands Volunteer Program

Henrico Alumni and Friends Inaugural 5K Fun Run/Walk!

On September 19th at 9:00 a.m. at Deep Run Park, join us for the inaugural 5K Fun Run/Walk.  

The goal is participation and FUN.  ALL are welcome – past, current, future, and prospective students, their families, and everyone in between.  This event is stroller- and pet-friendly, too!

HHS Equity Ambassadors

If you are interested in participating in Equity Ambassadors this year, please fill out the interest form.  If you have been a member in the past, you must complete the form EACH year.  Equity Ambassadors is a group that prioritizes bringing inclusion, understanding, and equity to all Henrico Schools. Applications are due by October 4.  See Mrs. Hyde in room 136 with questions.
